Method
- Marinate the chicken in tamari and cornstarch.
- Heat a wok or large pan until hot. Add oil.
- Sear chicken in a single layer. Cook quickly until just done. Remove from pan.
- Add onion and bell peppers. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Add cashews, return chicken to the pan.
- Add remaining tamari, and optional honey. Toss over high heat 30–60 seconds until glossy.
- Spoon over rice, finish with sesame seeds.
