Hi, I’m Karolina

I’m a former professional volleyball player, passionate ultra trail runner and nutrition scientist, currently in the process of becoming a registered dietitian. I look back at 15+ wonderful years of focusing only on elite sports, and almost a decade of balancing training with a full-time job in finance. Today, I support driven athletes and high-performing business professionals who want to take control of their nutrition in order to feel stronger, more energized and unlock their full potential. My approach combines the individual goals and unique life setting of each client – in a plan tailored to meet their needs. I take training, work, life and all relevant factors into consideration. Because I have been on both sides.

My ultimate goal is to provide you with a sustainable – not restrictive – meal plan, as well as enough information about your nutrition needs and habits, so that ideally you can apply all you have learned through my coaching for the rest of your life.
