- Prepare the dressing: whisk all ingredients together and add water to get a creamy sauce.
- Chop the veggies – I prefer chopping over shredding – the fun part of this salad is the crunchiness!
- Mix everything togehter and voilĂ !

This salad is very versatile and can be served as a main or a side dish.
Need more protein? Add pan fried tofu. More carbs? Quinoa or rice noodles work perfectly!
