Athlete Performance Coaching
Training hard is only one part of the equation
Your nutrition has to work across ordinary training days, heavy blocks, recovery periods, travel and competition. Generic meal plans rarely account for those changes. I help you understand what your body and sport require, translate that into a practical system, and refine it using your training feedback. The result is a strategy you can execute consistently – even when your calendar, appetite or training load changes. This coaching is designed for athletes pursuing a performance goal and willing to test, review and adapt their approach.

How the coaching works
1. Assess
We begin with a detailed review of your training, competition calendar, current intake, daily schedule, preferences, symptoms and previous strategies. Where useful, you will complete a food, hydration and training log before our first session.
2. Build
You receive a personalised performance nutrition blueprint. It gives you clear targets and flexible frameworks for different types of training days, recovery, travel and competition.
3. Test and adapt
Nutrition becomes useful when it works under real conditions. We review your feedback, energy, recovery, gastrointestinal response and training demands, then adjust the strategy throughout the coaching period.
What you leave with
- A clear way to fuel different training days
- A tested competition strategy
- Better understanding of your individual needs and responses
- Practical routines for recovery, hydration and travel
- A system you can continue using beyond the coaching period
Frequently Asked Questions
I have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to help you find instant answers. You are more than welcome to get in touch, so no questions are left open.
What type of athletes do you work with?
I work with competitive endurance and team-sport athletes pursuing a defined training or competition goal. You do not need professional status, but you should be prepared to engage with the process and make consistent changes.
Will I receive a meal plan?
Where useful, you will receive meal examples and practical meal-building frameworks. The core deliverable is a flexible nutrition strategy that adapts to different training days rather than a fixed menu that quickly becomes outdated.
Do you support race-day and game-day nutrition?
Yes. We build the strategy in advance, test it during training where possible, and refine it before competition. Six-month clients receive support across several key events.
Can you work alongside my coach or medical team?
Yes. With your permission, nutrition recommendations can be aligned with your coach or relevant healthcare professional. Medical diagnosis and treatment remain with appropriately qualified clinicians.
Is the initial call free?
Yes. The 15-minute fit call helps us determine whether coaching, a focused consultation or another form of support is most appropriate.
What if I have celiac disease, allergies or intolerances?
Dietary restrictions are incorporated into the strategy from the start. I have celiac disease myself and understand the nutritional, practical and travel-related demands of a strict gluten-free diet.
Your training plan changes with the work. Your nutrition should change with it.
Tell me what you are preparing for and where nutrition is currently limiting you. I will recommend the most appropriate level of support.
