About Karolina
I grew up in a family where movement was the default language. My parents were athletes and so was my grandpa (lifelong ultra-runner), so our home was built around trainings, weekend games, and the quiet confidence that we will always be outdoors and on the move in some form. Ironically, they tried to steer me away from volleyball and sent me to ballet instead. At twelve, I sneaked out, walked into a volleyball class, and never left. That moment shaped everything that came after.
Sport became the place where I understood myself best. It formed my identity, my discipline, my resilience. And when I eventually stepped away from my professional career in 2019, the shift felt like stepping out of my own skin. I took a path into the – then unknown – world of finance that made sense, and let me say: to this day it has been a great experience, but I never stopped missing the world I knew. The world where effort translated into progress and where my body and mind were allowed to work together.
Running found me a year later. It brought structure back into my day and gave me a steady channel for everything I felt but never said out loud. It balanced me. It grounded me. Sport is who I am, what I am, the air I breathe — whether I’m in motion or not.
Nutrition followed naturally. I’ve always loved cooking – for others and for myself – and feeding my body with what it needed to perform. Over the years I tested every dietary philosophy on my own skin (spoiler: most of them did not make any sense), navigated performance highs and lows, and dealt with gut issues that forced me to look deeper. Those challenges sparked my first holistic nutrition certification in my mid-twenties and opened a world I’ve never left since. Ten years later, the puzzle pieces were put together by a diagnosis of celiac disease.
Even while building a career outside of sports, I felt a pull back toward what I knew best. Friends and fellow athletes started asking for advice, trusting me with their struggles, applying what I shared, and thriving. Seeing them succeed always lit something up in me. It reminded me that my athlete background and my knowledge weren’t separate chapters. They could belong together.

Today, I coach athletes and high-performing professionals who want to fuel with purpose, feel confident in their bodies, and unlock their full potential. I understand the ambition, the self-doubt, the pressure, the desire to do things right. I’ve lived both the structured world of elite sport and the demands of modern work life.
My mission is simple: help you perform at your best by combining science-based nutrition with the lived experience of someone who has been on both sides. The athlete chasing excellence and the human figuring out how to balance life.
If you’re here to grow, I’m here to guide you.
