How do I know if this coaching is right for me?
My coaching aims to help anyone who trains with intention, from recreational to competitive athletes. The process is fully personalized, so your plan adapts to where you are right now and where you want to go. What matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn, as well as being open to new approaches.
How personalized is your coaching?
I spend a good amount of time on analysing your current nutrition and daily schedule. We will take training, studies, job, family – and whatever comes your way – in consideration. Only a few have the capacity to focus solely on training and every path is unique. And so are your needs.
Will you provide fueling plans for all my events or only key races/games?
You get support for all your planned events during coaching period. We’ll build a full competition day fueling and hydration strategy, and adjust it across the season. You’ll know exactly what to do before, during, and after each effort.
Do you charge for the initial consultation?
No, our initial 15-min consultation is free of charge. The main goal is to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. Then take it from there.
What if I have dietary restrictions (gluten-free, allergies, intolerances)?
As someone with celiac disease myself, I understand the practical, medical, and performance aspects of restricted diets. Your plan will be safe, nutrient-focused, and easy to implement.
Can I book your services even if I am not an athlete?
