Method
- Cut the halloumi in small cubes, sprinkle with salt and squeeze some lemon juice on top. Pan fry in a bit of oil (no need to use oil when using a grill pan).
- Cut the nectarine and onion in thin slices.
- Roast the almonds in a bit of oil until goldenm sprinke with salt.
- Prepare the vinaigrette by blending all wet ingredients.
- Serve with a fresh baguette.
