Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C. Put a piece of parchment paper into a 21cm loaf tin
- Toss all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If using, mix chocolate drops into the dough (don't blend). Pour batter into prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let loaf cool completely before taking out of the pan. Store bread in an airtight container on the counter for 2-3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week.
