Scope of Services

KB Performance Nutrition provides nutrition and performance coaching services, educational materials, and digital content. The exact scope of services is defined on the respective sales page, booking page, or individual agreement. Services are provided online unless otherwise agreed.

Nature of Coaching Services

Nutrition and performance coaching is provided for educational and informational purposes. It does not constitute medical advice and does not replace diagnosis or treatment by a physician or other qualified healthcare professional. Clients remain fully responsible for their own health decisions and the implementation of any recommendations.

Client Responsibilities

The client confirms that all information provided (health status, medical history, training load, dietary habits) is complete and accurate to the best of their knowledge. The client agrees to:

Booking, Payment & Pricing

All prices are stated on the website or agreed individually and are binding at the time of booking. Payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed. Access to services or digital products may be denied until payment is received. Prices may be subject to VAT in accordance with German tax law.

Cancellation & Termination

Coaching Services

Coaching packages are binding once booked. Early termination by the client does not entitle the client to a refund unless otherwise stated.

Appointments

Scheduled sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.

Digital Products & Right of Withdrawal

For digital content delivered immediately after purchase, the client expressly agrees that the right of withdrawal expires once access has been granted, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Limitation of Liability

KB Performance Nutrition is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use or misuse of the provided services, recommendations, or content, except in cases of intent or gross negligence. No guarantee of specific results is given.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

All client information is treated confidentially and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

Intellectual Property

All materials, plans, documents, and content provided remain the intellectual property of KB Performance Nutrition and may not be reproduced, shared, or used commercially without prior written consent.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Germany, provided this is legally permissible.

Severability Clause

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
