RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Withdrawal Policy

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Services

If you have booked digital content or coaching services and expressly agreed that:

• the service shall begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has started,

your right of withdrawal expires at the start of service delivery.
